Our next goal is to make sure you stay that way for the rest of your life, this has to become a lifestyle change not just a quick fix. Our program includes many different modules where you were learn not just about nutrition and movement (exercise). We will also talk about your mindset which is super important for not only getting started but sticking with this forever. We'll also talk about getting support while you're going through this process. That could be from family or friends or a spouse. They all need to know what you're going through and be extremely helpful and supportive to you while you're going the process. We will also talk about hormone levels and what vitamins, minerals and foods need to be adjusted to keep your hormones a priority. On top of this we will discuss what stresses and anxieties you have in your life and how to deal with them and keep yourself calm. This is also a very important part of the process so you can get your good quality deep sleep at night. If you have poor sleep habits then it's going to be very difficult to lose fat and gain muscle.
