I am passionate about helping individuals over 50 transform their health. I am in my late 50's with years of knowledge in nutrition and fitness, I combine old and new methods to create a program that is both effective and safe, tailored specifically for your age group. The right program will mainly focus on nutrition. There are so many things that we need to take out of our diet, while also adding healthier foods you already like. My goal isn't you having you eat food you really don't like, that could set you up for failure. My goal is finding what healthy foods you have liked for a long time and introducing more of those in different ways in different times in your eating schedule. We also have to analyze how much movement you get throughout the day. Are you going on walks? Are you exercising? This is super important in not only burning calories but increasing your longevity. This is crucial to you being able to do all the things you want to do as you reach the older ages of 70 and 80 and 90 and beyond. We want to give you small daily actionable steps to implement into your life. Nothing too drastic or too shocking at first. We will slowly introduce you to different nutrition steps and also how to move more throughout the day which will eventually lead into a strength training regimen, whether you want to join a gym or workout at your home. Both of these steps combined will quickly and safely get you on the path to being healthy and happy again! I am all about longevity!!

We attack getting healthy over 50 from many different angles . After our number one goal which is getting you healthy safely and as quick as possible. Our next goal is to make sure you stay that way for the rest of your life, this has to become a lifestyle change not just a quick fix. Our program includes many different modules where you were learn not just about nutrition and movement (exercise). We will also talk about your mindset which is super important for not only getting started but sticking with this forever. We'll also talk about getting support while you're going through this process. That could be from family or friends or a spouse. They all need to know what you're going through and be extremely helpful and supportive to you while you're going the process. We will also talk about hormone levels and what vitamins, minerals and foods need to be adjusted to keep your hormones a priority. On top of this we will discuss what stresses and anxieties you have in your life and how to deal with them and keep yourself calm. This is also a very important part of the process so you can get your good quality deep sleep at night. If you have poor sleep habits then it's going to be very difficult to lose fat and gain muscle. So, as you can see we attack losing fat and getting healthy from many different angles so you can get quick results and stick with the plan forever!
